Special recipe: gelatin spice spekuk bread..


For you all, that like to snacking... I would like to give you a delicious recipe. You can try to cook it at home. Gelatin with spice spekuk bread. Hmm, looks yummy, right?
INGREDIENTS

For the gelatin:

-8 slices of bread without skin, cut into pieces
-1 packet of gelatin powder
-750 cc milk
-150 gr cocoa powder
-1 small can of canned pineapple, drained, diced 1 cm

-1 teaspoon seasoning layer spekuk (lapis legit, in Indonesia language)

For the sauce:

-200 cc of water
-200 cc sweetened condensed milk, bring to a boil

-2 teaspoons cornstarch, melted with a little water


HOW TO MAKE
1. Melt a chocolate powder with a little milk first, then mix with remaining milk, gelatin,
sugar, and spices of spekuk, bring to a boil, remove from the fire.
2. Dip bread in the batter one by one gelatin, arrange one layer of gelatin mold. Sprinkle
pineapple pieces, flush with the gelatin mixture. After a freeze, do the same thing until the consumables.
3. Milk sauce: boil sweetened condensed milk and water. Thicken with cornstarch mixture and
stir well.

And finish....The last step : pick your spoon and fork, and have a nice snack!
